Responding with Reflection: Gathering Round the Virtual Bonfire

 
 

Stories are powerful. They can invoke emotion and reaction. They can foster curiosity and introspection. They can move people from being “inspired by” something to becoming “inspired to” take action. How might we make it easier for people to listen to and share stories? Over the past two months, we’ve hosted a series of reflective sessions known as our “virtual campfires” on topics ranging from PPE best practices, blood drives, interconnectedness, wellbeing, and redesigning healthcare after COVID.

Now with 5 sessions finished, here are a few things we’ve learned.
